I have loved documenting this family over the years – from maternity to family sessions. This family is extra special too because Katie is my regular second shooter at weddings and is also a big support to my other business at JustOne. And of course – if Blake wasn’t there supporting Katie she wouldn’t be able to be such a big part of JustOne and Edison so I’m thankful for him too! It’s been great getting to know these guys over the years and love watching their kids grow up. SO much personality! We had a fun session at sunset earlier this week on a perfect Fall day!

And then we sent the kids inside and had some time with just Blake and Katie. Tomorrow is their 11th wedding anniversary – and as we snapped photos I asked them about how they met, first impressions, first dates, when they “knew”.. and loved hearing their responses! But more so, loved watching them interact.
